Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, you must place bets totalling a specified amount — this is known as the wagering requirement. General conditions:

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: (deposit + bonus) × 10
• Minimum odds of 1.70 apply for Sports Betting
• Bets placed with bonus balance will be deducted before the main balance
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until wagering requirements are fully met

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device
• If bonus abuse is detected
• If you register using incorrect or false information

Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name

Kriya Bet is committed to ensuring fast and secure withdrawals. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawal Prerequisites

• The bonus wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same payment method as your deposit

Processing Time

• Mobile Pay & Nagad: 5 to 15 minutes

Withdrawal requests submitted between 11 PM and 6 AM may experience slight delays. Kriya Bet charges no processing fee for withdrawals, though your payment provider's cashout charges may apply.

Reasons for Withdrawal Suspension

• While KYC document verification is in progress
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• If bonus wagering requirements are not completed
• While a security review is in progress

Kriya Bet offers Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, and virtual games. Each category has its own specific rules.

Sports Betting

• Bets cannot normally be cancelled once accepted
• Bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued
• If a bet is placed before odds change, it will be settled at the original odds
• Kriya Bet is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues during live betting

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator)
• If disconnected during a game, the result will be saved on the server
• Kriya Bet reserves the right to correct any incorrect results caused by a software error

Lottery

• Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase
• Prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the responsibility of the user

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kriya Bet platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of balances.

• Multi-account: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus Abuse: Artificial or coordinated betting to exploit bonus advantages
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources
• Hacking & Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate the system, software, or odds
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing an unjustified chargeback after making a deposit
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Automated Betting: Placing bets automatically using bots or scripts
• Underage Use: Assisting anyone under 18 in using the platform

• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
